INGREDIENTS
1 oz Copper Rose Vodka
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
3 oz Champagne or Prosecco
METHOD
Combine vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
Fill shaker with ice, cover, and shake until chilled.
Strain cocktail into a large flute.
Top with Champagne or Prosecco.
Garnish with spiral lemon twist.
